A sovereign digital nation, built on a public ledger
Xity is a digital nation built on the XityChain ledger, with a reserve-backed currency (XityCoin) and a claims-based identity system (XityConnect). The Constitution of the Republic of Xity was enacted on 25 July 2026, establishing the structure of government and the financial architecture. The technology is operational. Government institutions are being constituted, and external recognition has not yet been granted.
Four systems that define the nation
The Constitution establishes the political structure, the currency, the identity system, and the territorial model. Together these are what makes Xity a nation rather than a project.

The Founding Framers of Xity
The Constitution was framed, enacted, and given force of law by three Founding Framers on 25 July 2026. This is the first and original edition of the Constitution.
What we acknowledge is not yet built
Credibility comes from naming what is unfinished. These gaps are real and known.
- The Constitution is enacted but government institutions have not yet been constituted; no offices have been filled.
- No statutes or regulations have yet been enacted under the Constitution.
- No gazette entries have been published.
- No budgets, council minutes, audits, or procurement records have been published.
- The financial boards established by the Constitution (XFCB, XFBA) are not yet operational.
- Recognition by any existing state has not been granted or formally sought.
A minimal geometric mark: a dark rounded square containing a single "X". Used as a favicon and recognisable identifier only. No official symbolism has been adopted.
