These are not advertised strengths. They are stated gaps. Each is on the roadmap.
The Constitution is enacted but government institutions have not yet been constituted; no offices have been filled.
No statutes or regulations have yet been enacted under the Constitution.
No gazette entries have been published.
No budgets, council minutes, audits, or procurement records have been published.
The financial boards established by the Constitution (XFCB, XFBA) are not yet operational.
Recognition by any existing state has not been granted or formally sought.
Recognition, honestly stated
Xity has not been recognised by any existing state, and no formal recognition process has been opened. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim of statehood or recognition. The case rests on the substance that is actually built, chain, currency, identity, and on the credibility that substance earns over time.
